Put 1/3 cup oil in pan , heat oil .

Put garam masala ( long , kaali mirch , far chini , black cardomon )

Put medium sized sliced onion , sauté .

Add ginger garlic paste .

When a good smell comes , add mince meat and fry .

When the water dries up , add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder , Tumeric and salt according to taste then add 2 chopped tomatoes , fry.

Add cubes of one green capsicum  and 1 /2 cup water ,

Cook for about 20 min ,

The dish is ready to serve with home made chappatis.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Potatoes                                  ½ kg
  • Oil                                           1 cup
  • Crushed Black pepper             1 tbsp
  • Green chilies (chopped)          6
  • Garlic (chopped)                     2 tbsp
  • Lemons                                    3
  • Salt                                          to taste


Recipe Method

  1. Boil and peel ½ kg potatoes. Now take 1 tbsp oil in a wok and put potato cubes and salt in it. Sauté then than take a 1 cup oil in a separate cooking oil. Add 2 tbsp chopped ginger, 6 chopped green chilies and 1 tbsp crushed black pepper in the potatoes. Then pour the hot oil on the potatoes. In the end add in lemon juice and serve.

Chicken mushrooms noodles soup!


Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken boiled200 gm
  • Stock6 cup
  • Carrot½ cup
  • Capsicum½ cup
  • Corn½ cup
  • Coriander leaves1 tbsp
  • Black pepper½ tsp
  • Salt½ tsp
  • Vinegar2 tbsp
  • Corn flour2 tbsp
  • Cream3 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup4 tbsp

Recipe Method

  1. In pan put 6 cup stock and cook till it comes to a boil. Add 200 gm boiled chicken, ½ cup carrot juliennes, ½ cup capsicum juliennes, ½ cup sweet corn and 1 tbsp coriander leaves/
  2. Cook till all the vegetables are tender. Now add 4 tbsp tomato ketchup, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp corn flour dissolved in a little water.
  3. Cook till soup thickens. Turn the flame off. Lastly add 3 tbsp cream. Mix well and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups full cream milk powder
  • 2 tbspns self raising flour
  • 1 tspn baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 – 3 tbspn ghee
  • Some almonds, pistachios and silver edible foil for garnishing
  • Oil for deep frying

FOR SHEERA (SUGAR SYRUP)

  • 3 cups water
  • few cardamo seeds
  • 3 cups raw sugar
  • ½ cup brown packed sugar
  • 1 tspn kewra essence

Procedure:

-In a saucepan put everything given for sheera and stir to a boil.

-In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients (except eggs) given for gulab jaman and mix.

-Now whisk two eggs and gradually add them to the dry ingredients and knead. Knead the dough and if it is sticky leave it for 5 -minutes.

-Heat oil to the point where you drop a small ball of dough, it rests at the bottom for some seconds and then rise to the surface of the oil with a little bit of hissing. To get this temperature you may have to repeat this temperature test twice or thrice.

-Now with clean hands roll 12 – 14 balls or ovals from this dough and drop 4 – 6 at a time (depending on the size of your pan) to fry. When they come up to the surface of the oil keep moving the balls gently to get even colouring. When you get the desired color take the balls out of the oil and put them in hot sugar syrup.

-Dish out, garnish with pistachios, almonds and edible silver foil, and serve.
