Afghani aalu !


Recipe Ingredients

  • Potatoes                                  ½ kg
  • Oil                                           1 cup
  • Crushed Black pepper             1 tbsp
  • Green chilies (chopped)          6
  • Garlic (chopped)                     2 tbsp
  • Lemons                                    3
  • Salt                                          to taste


Recipe Method

  1. Boil and peel ½ kg potatoes. Now take 1 tbsp oil in a wok and put potato cubes and salt in it. Sauté then than take a 1 cup oil in a separate cooking oil. Add 2 tbsp chopped ginger, 6 chopped green chilies and 1 tbsp crushed black pepper in the potatoes. Then pour the hot oil on the potatoes. In the end add in lemon juice and serve.
