Shimla Mirch qeema !


Put 1/3 cup oil in pan , heat oil .

Put garam masala ( long , kaali mirch , far chini , black cardomon )

Put medium sized sliced onion , sauté .

Add ginger garlic paste .

When a good smell comes , add mince meat and fry .

When the water dries up , add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder , Tumeric and salt according to taste then add 2 chopped tomatoes , fry.

Add cubes of one green capsicum  and 1 /2 cup water ,

Cook for about 20 min ,

The dish is ready to serve with home made chappatis.
