Chicken mushrooms noodles soup!


Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken boiled200 gm
  • Stock6 cup
  • Carrot½ cup
  • Capsicum½ cup
  • Corn½ cup
  • Coriander leaves1 tbsp
  • Black pepper½ tsp
  • Salt½ tsp
  • Vinegar2 tbsp
  • Corn flour2 tbsp
  • Cream3 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup4 tbsp

Recipe Method

  1. In pan put 6 cup stock and cook till it comes to a boil. Add 200 gm boiled chicken, ½ cup carrot juliennes, ½ cup capsicum juliennes, ½ cup sweet corn and 1 tbsp coriander leaves/
  2. Cook till all the vegetables are tender. Now add 4 tbsp tomato ketchup, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp corn flour dissolved in a little water.
  3. Cook till soup thickens. Turn the flame off. Lastly add 3 tbsp cream. Mix well and serve hot.
